BOOM! Woman's computer exploded! It was less thrilling than I expected - there was no smoke or anything. She has been frantically trying to restore the data. Silly Woman. I'm pretty sure it exploded from trying to process the lies about Woman meeting girlville in Yadkin Valley last weekend. Woman would never do a thing like that without taking me! Lies I tell you!! All lies! I don't know where girlville learned to Doctor up photos, but she sure did a good job fixing up those ones of her and Woman to make it look like they were together this past weekend! I know Woman was here in Asheville all that day!
The Ice Cream Truck just came by our house, but I did not get any ice cream. Bummer. Is the Ice Cream Truck the coolest thing or what? They bring ice cream RIGHT to your house! It just doesn't get any better than this.
There should be a Cocoa Truck in the Winter to bring cocoa to your house on cold days. Maybe I'll start me up a small business. Anyone wanna spot me a loan? Woman says it sounds like a "shady" investment, but I'm not sure what that means. I guess it will be shady inside my cocoa truck, but it's going to be Winter time, so what does shade matter? I expect my cocoa truck to have a heater and everything, so I'm not sure what her point is. She's just being crazy again I suppose. Whatever her problem is, I'm not stopping for her when she wants some cocoa from my cocoa truck! Her attitude earns her a boycott!
The People went to see the new Batman movie in Knoxville at the IMAX theater on Saturday. They said it was really good. Has anyone else seen it yet? What did you think? Woman was sad that she did not get to meet up with Pam while in Knoxville. Pam already had plans and was unavailable :( Hopefully next time the People will plan better in advance and Pam will not be so busy! Silly spontaneous people!
Ian got a new iPhone on Friday. He says it's really super cool! Anyone else got a new iPhone recently? Ian won't let me use his, but I'll get my paws on it sooner or later. He can't guard it 24/7!

I had a little bit of fun on the 4th of July, but not a whole lot. The People went to a party at Bill and Kari's house, and Woman brought me over to the party for about 15 minutes, but apparently my aggressive baby licking was not appreciated by all the parents at the party. Stupid babies. Who wants to lick them anyway? Not me...
The People went rafting on Saturday, so I got to stay home alone again. Bah! I tried to get Woman to take me rafting, but she said they don't make helmets small enough to fit me. Stupid helmets.
On Sunday the People left me to go to the Gammy's and brew beer. I did not get to go to Gammy's, because I am just getting over my fleas. Stupid fleas.
I had a rough weekend, but things are looking up for next weekend. Apparently the People are going to Grandfather Mountain to the Highland Games with Kris and Lyn. Although I AM invited to come with them and stay at their mountain cottage, Woman says I cannot go, because I am "high maintenance." Boo Woman! It's OK though, because Big Girl Sarah is going to pugsit me. Yay!! I really like Big Girl Sarah. She has LOTS of lady friends who come over and give me sugar when the People are away!
I hope you all have a nice long holiday weekend. I'm sure the People will leave me alone to celebrate while they go off and have fun without me. Woe is me...
Dr. Lyn is going to be chauffeuring me to the Vet's office this weekend. That's right - I get the royal treatment. Angelina Jolie gets transported by helicopter to whelp her puppies, so why shouldn't I get escorted to have my check-up? I'm just as important as her - possibly even more so! LOL! Woman says I need my rabies shot, and she is concerned that there is something wrong with me since I have been "not as evil" as usual lately. Keep your paws crossed that all my tests come back a-ok so Woman stops fretting over me. It's hard for her to accept that I'm getting old and just not as evil as I once was. Pugs get old and chill out. I never thought it would happen to me, but here we are. You just gotta roll with it.
Ian threw me out of the bedroom last night for being too loud. Apparently he doesn't appreciate when I munch on myself, but I can't help it! I have itchy flea bites that require me to scratch them, and using my mouth is the most effective way to satisfy that itch! Can you believe I had to sleep in the hall last night? The nerve of him!!
I recently got fleas while visiting the Gammy's house. Woman says I need to stay out of the woods at the Gammy's, because that is where fleas live. Why they want to attach themselves to my body and leave their perfectly nice wooded homes is beyond me, but it was apparent to Woman that I had contracted fleas when I began scratching like a mad dog and biting ferociously at my hind quarters. Woman promptly bathed me and applied the Frontline poison to my neck area, but I still have the itches!! I guess they nibbled a lot on me and left itchy welts. Woman assures me I will stop itching soon, and I hope she is right!
