Chewb of the Wild

Mr. Chris sent me this great picture of Chew Bear that I wanted to share. This image was taken not too long before she passed. She was such a pretty girl. I hope Mr. Chris gets a new Chew Bear soon, because I really miss her a lot.

Hopefully Mr. Chris will get you another Chew Bear friend real soon. It will help his human heart mend too!

I am almost certain I was with Chew Bear that very day. Did Mr. Sam take this picture? I miss Chew Bear a lot. She was a great dog. My family is very upset over her sudden death, and we think of her often. You are very correct in saying that she was a good, kind, and loyal friend, unlike some other dog we BOTH know.

I think you might be onto something about Brother scaring her to her death. I think he wanted Chew Bear out of the way. He's jealous of anyone my mom spends time with. I wonder if he's plotting my death next? Norman, you have to come visit soon. My life depends on it.

Yes, Gracie - Sam did take this picture. I think it was during Chris's Mom's birthday weekend or something.

We'll all get past the loss of Chew Bear eventually. We just need to find a new Chew Bear! The Woman has been sending Mr. Chris to dog rescue websites to find a replacement dog. He says Brother is really sad and lonely.

I asked the Woman what happens to dogs when they die, and she said it doesn't really matter, because dogs live more fully in peoples' hearts than they could ever live on Earth - even when they are alive. So, as long as we keep Chew Bear in our hearts, she will always be with us.
