Hey Brother!

Here is a picture of Chew Bear, Brother and me. The picture isn't so great, because Mr. Chris's camera was on the fritz, but I think you get the idea of what he looks like. Now, before you go thinking how cute Brother is, remember this - he hides the toys under the couch so other dogs cannot play with them! That is not cute. It is rude. Not all the dogs in the house can fit under the couch, myself included. Of course it goes without saying that Chew Bear can't fit - she's a big boned woman. Also, he gets all up in your face and tries to lick it. Most People don't appreciate this. AND, he is a mute and never says a word! No barks, he pants noiselessly, he never grunts, nothing! (Sometimes the Woman makes him talk like an Indian, and Mr. Chris gets really mad. Thank you very much - please come again!) He's just weird, and I don't like him at all. I won't even comment on the size of his head - look at that thing. It's like an orange on a toothpick! Sputnik!

Brother's name has not always been Brother. When Mr. Chris first acquired him, his name was Radar, but Mr. Chris didn't like that name and changed it. Some people think Mr. Chris is a monster for doing this. Maybe that's why Brother is such a weird-o.

    Hi Norman,

I am a card carrying member of the Norman Fan club ...or I was until I heard how fantastic Brother is! You say he is handsome and fast! If he can't talk, can he type? Wouldn't it be cool if he had a blog?

Brother could never blog. His one focus in life is getting the toy. He cannot program his brain to do anything but get the toy.

FYI - I know this is you Mr. Chris. Stop being gay for Brother.

What a fine three you all are. Brother is funny looking but good-looking, too. He does look very "driven" and maybe a little bossy. You just keep a journal of his actions so you can show The Woman when Christmas comes and she can alert Santa of his "badness."

    Hey Norman,
I just found your blog on Ragus Pug's. If I read right, you had a mast cell cancer on your skin, right?
My baby, Gizmo, has mast cell cancer in a lymph node. It's very very rare and really strange, because it seems to have started there. We are going to a verterinary oncologist for treatment.
I wanted "the woman" to know that the oncologist says that mast cell tumors of the skin on pugs are super common. When we first met with the oncologist he thought Moe's cancer was on his skin, and he wondered why our vet even referred us to him because that would have been no big deal.
Anyway, I hope that makes your woman feel better!

Thank you Kara! I am so sorry to hear about your little Gizmo. I will be sending Puggy prayers his way!
