Happy Leap Day!

Happy Leap Day everyone! Woman says this should be a national holiday, because people like her who are on salary get the shaft on Leap Day. Woman's reasoning is that she is paid an annual salary, and since a year is 365 days, she should have any additional 366th day off for herself to snuggle with puggles and sow seeds. But here she is, readying herself for a day of boring meetings that begin at 2:30pm and last through 6pm. Efficient use of time, eh?

In other news, Kari popped out her miniature human yesterday around 5pm, so he is not a Leaping Baby. Bummer. Both Mom and Miniature Human are doing great. I'll post pictures when I get them, but I'm sure you all know what a piping hot miniature human looks like, and they all look the same, don't they?

    Yeah, they really pretty much do. I dont think their good looks start to shine thru until after the 1st month really.

    Ha! My friend Tim feels the same way about salaries and leap day, so he called in sick. It uses a sick day but at least he's not at work.

    Tami - Woman is a software engineer. She works from home. She says it's pretty awesome, and I agree. She has recently been promoted to Group Lead of her group, so she has a lot of meetings and what not. She says this sucks, but it's better than one of her colleagues being promoted over her. LOL! People are crazy.

    Norman, you crack me up!!! A piping hot human!!! I did get to hold a piping hot one after a few hours out of the oven one time. She was all pinky. I like my babies to have fur on them! Where are the pictures of the snow up there?
