Total Eclipse of the Pug

Did anyone else see the eclipse last night? The People and I saw it. It was pretty cool I guess. I'm not really sure, because I was busy peeing on things and barking at the neighbor and such, so I didn't really take too much time to look at it. Woman said she couldn't get any pictures of the eclipse, because our camera isn't that high tech, so I was going to post a picture of my bumhole since the eclipse resembled a Pug bumhole in my opinion. Woman said that would be disgusting, so no Pug bumhole photos for you all. Sorry. I know you're disappointed.

In other news, Woman says I am not going to be Lost at Nate's tonight. She says I'm too bad in the car, and after a long day at work, she can't stand to listen to me bark for 20 minutes. Sorry Woman! I am just trying to contribute to the conversation. It's not my fault I can't form words and sentences and such. I don't have any lips!! Geesh. So I guess I will be stuck at home, bored. You can drop by if you want. I know where they keep the video games!

    Video games?! Awesome.

I'm sorry to hear that you are missing out on LOST tonight. You can't help it that you want to discuss theories of the show.

Now I have that song "Total Eclipse of the Heart" in my head from your title!! Thanks, Norman!
I missed the eclipse but did see the moon rising and it was really spectacular last night.

Norman, you should look for spoilers online and threaten to bark them loudly unless the woman takes you.

I too will have Total Eclipse of The Heart stuck in my head now....

We might not even get to watch Lost tonight. Jason's missed the 1st two episodes, and although he's coming home early and will be able to watch tonight's episode, he wont have had time to catch up yet! So we all might have to forfeit watching it tonight and wait until this weekend and watch them all online.

    Very sad.

Don't worry Norman, we got pictures of the eclipse. Don't go exposing yourself on the internet. You never know when those pictures will come back to bite you in the ass LOL!

    Hey Norman!
Sorry to hear you won't get to go to watch Lost. Of course you can't form words and sentences that humans can understand... I don't see how our language can annoy humans though! Geesh is right!
    Love Clover xo

Mom forgot about the eclipse until Mr. Karate called. It was almost ten o'clock. She dragged the boy out of bed and they dragged the telescope outside to watch it, as they couldn't get a good view from inside. It was way cool. No good pictures for mom either, as the good camera is still with the police. The boy enjoyed it. they didn't stay outside too long, it was too cold.

It was too cloudy here for us to see the eclipse, but I am glad you Woman got to see it.

What's wrong with barking? I suppose your humans don't like it when you sniff people's private parts either?!?

Do you get excited to be going somewhere? Is that why you bark in the car? Do you bark the entire time or only for a little while? If you were to go on a road trip, how long do you think the barking would last?

Tami - I bark most of the time when I'm in the car. I like to talk a lot. The People put me in my crate in the back of the car, but I still bark my head off, no matter what length the trip. When we go on a long trip, I get nanners laced with sleeping pills. We call them sleepy nanners, and I fall for that trick every time. The sleeping pills don't knock me out, but they do make me more mellow and reduce the barking a lot. Don't worry - she gets a pescription from the Vet for the pills - they're doggy approved!
