The Results are In
Lyn called to let Woman know that both the lumps were grade 1 mast cell tumors. Although Woman was hoping they weren't mast cell tumors at all, she is relieved they are grade 1. That means the cancer is fully contained in the margins of the tumors and has not spread. Thanks for all the well wishes!! My stitches are a little itchy, but other than that, I'm feeling fine!

My Mom was very reassured to hear that you had been tumor-free for so long. I just had a mast cell tumor removed 3 weeks ago, also contained within the margins of the excision. I am glad yours was completely removed this time also!
