I Passed!
I am pleased to report that I got my results back from AFAA today, and I am officially an AFAA Certified Group Exercise Instructor! Hooray! I only missed 3 out of 100 questions on the written exam! Not too bad :)

Well, my feeling is, how are you supposed to learn if you don't know the correct answers to those questions? I have had many teachers who do this and, to me, it is flawed.

You missed three?!?! For shame!! LOL! ;) CONGRATULATIONS on working so hard (both figuratively and literally!) You definitely earned that awesome score! Now, promise not to make me exercise the next time we see eachother. Oh, and how was Brewgrass?? I drank one of Rob's Bourbon Barrel Porters in honor of the event!
